New Branch Lobby & Drive Thru Hours Effective August 1, 2017

The leadership team at Northern is continually reviewing our operations’ procedures, products and services to ensure our offerings provide mutual value to our members and the organization. In order to improve efficiencies and ensure consistency so that we may better respond to member needs, we will be updating our branch lobby and drive-thru hours to better serve you. These new branch hours will take effect August 1, 2017.

To ensure our members have the ability to receive the convenience of our branch and drive thru services on their own time without of the inconvenience trying to keep track of our varying branch hours Northern Credit Union has decided, for our members’ benefit, to change our branch hours to the following:

Adams

Branch Lobby: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Drive-Thru: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
    Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Carthage & Gouverneur

Branch Lobby: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Drive-Thru: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
    Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Commerce

Branch Lobby: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Drive-Thru: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
    Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Factory, LeRay & Lowville

Branch Lobby: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Drive-Thru: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
   Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
   Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

If you can’t make it to a branch because you’re short on time, there is bad weather or you prefer to bank from home, there are still many other ways you can reach us, and your account 24/7.
  • With Online Banking, you can manage your account from the comfort of your home. Check your balance, transfer funds and pay bills all from a computer.
  • Mobile Banking is just as simple too. With your smartphone, you can login in and access your account anytime, anywhere. You can even deposit checks from your phone with Mobile Deposit.
  • iTalk Telephone Teller, an automated prompted system, allows you to manage your account from a phone. Just dial 1.866.996.9161.
  • With Text Banking, you have the ability to track your account through messages sent to your mobile device without opening an app or logging into an account. With account updates as fast as your thumbs you can monitor your account in real time, worry free.
  • Do you know that you can apply for a loan or open an account right online? All you have to do is visit click the Loan or Checking tab on our website!
With these new hours, we’ll be able to provide an increase in the level of service and convenience we provide to our members. We’ve made these changes based on input from our member owners and internal owners. We seek to continuously satisfy you by using your feedback to make our institution one that is dedicated to its membership and their needs by delivering valued banking solutions
