Your Relationship Center is Expanding!

Since we came to Carthage in 2010, our members and the community have continued to grow and we want your relationship center to reflect that. This expansion will allow us to serve you more efficiently, so you have more time for what matters most.

Phase one of construction is underway. During phase one, construction crews will expand the back of the relationship center to create more space. This construction will intermittently close the inside drive-thru lane. However, our lobby will remain open under COVID-19 capacity guidelines with no appointment requirements.

The updated relationship center will include two Personal Teller Machines with Advanced ATM capabilities, a designated business banking area for cash and coin needs, a tablet-equipped waiting area, fireplace, and a children’s play area. You’ll also have access to an automatic coin machine, night deposit box, an interactive touchscreen kiosk for credit union resources and news, and three smart offices to connect directly with lenders and advisors through secure video chat. In addition to these added conveniences, you can expect to see the same friendly faces and receive the same personalized service you’ve come to expect from the Carthage team.

Construction is slated to be complete by Spring 2021.
