Our Online Banking platform includes optional real-time eAlerts, which are messages you can elect to have sent to you via text or email when certain account activities or transactions occur. Among possible eAlerts are: 

  • Low balance
  • Non-sufficient funds
  • Direct deposit
  • Cleared check
  • Maturing certificates
  • Loan payments due
  • Large withdrawal
To set up eAlerts all you need to is:
  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Click on the Alerts tab along the top menu
  3. Select which services you would like an eAlert activated for
  4. Choose the account you want the eAlert linked to
  5. Set up the frequency of the alerts and add as any email addresses or cell phone numbers for text messaging as you want
  6. Click save at the bottom of the screen and you're all set up
