Update To Our Mask Policy

Effective February 10, 2022.
Masks at our relationship centers are now optional but remain encouraged.

Internal-owner employees will continue to wear masks, and we invite you to continue to wear yours if you prefer. We’ve decided to make masks optional in our relationship centers because New York state has announced an end to the indoor mask mandate.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we navigate the impacts of COVID-19 and strive to continue to provide you access to the services you count on every day.

Continued safety measures at each relationship center.

All relationship centers will continue to have reduced capacity levels. If the relationship center is at capacity, we’ll reserve your spot in line, invite you to wait in your vehicle, and come get you when you can enter the relationship center. Appointments aren’t required but are encouraged due to reduced capacity levels.

We continue to take these precautions to protect our member-owners, internal-owners, and community as a whole. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience.

The following is the maximum capacity at each relationship center:

Adams – 7  people.
Carthage – 8 people.
Croghan – 6 people.
Commerce – 11 people.
Factory – 11 people.
Gouverneur – 8 people.
LeRay – 11 people.
Lowville – 9 people.
Massena – 4 people.
