By Auto Pay
Make sure your loan payment is always on-time by enrolling in automatic payments. These automatic transfers can be made from a Northern account or another financial institution on a monthly, biweekly, or weekly schedule. You can enroll in auto pay through Online Banking
or by contacting us and we'll do it for you.
In Online or Mobile Banking
Log into Online
or Mobile Banking
to make a loan payment, and simply transfer your desired payment amount from your Northern account. You can also set up a recurring transfer to schedule your payment automatically.
By iTalk Telephone Teller
Pay your loan over the phone using our push button iTalk Telephone Teller
service. All you need is your account number, social security number and zip code. Once logged in:
- Press 4 (transfer funds or make payment)
- Then press 2 (for Payments)
- Then press 1 (make an immediate payment) or 2 (schedule a payment)
By Mobile Deposit
Deposit a check into your checking or savings with Mobile Deposit
and transfer the funds to your loan in mobile banking.
By Credit Card
Pay your loan over the phone by credit card. A $15 fee applies for this service. Please contact our Credit Solutions Team at 315.779.3120
to process your payment via credit card.
When making a loan payment by mail, please note on the check which loan the payment is to be applied towards. Payments by check may be mailed to:
