Creating a business banking login: Create a unique Business username and password to access the many features available for business members. For an easy registration process, have your account information on hand, including your account number and tax ID. Simply click “Register” on the login page to register as a Business and follow the prompts or see our Mobile and Online Banking User Guide for detailed step-by-step instructions.

What if I forgot my username or password?
- Resetting your password or username is easy.
- Simply click the Forgot Username or Forgot Password link on the login screen, answer a few questions, select a delivery method to receive your temporary password (phone or email), and follow the steps to login.
- If you’re locked out from too many incorrect password attempts, you will be prompted to reset your password to unlock your account. Watch this quick video to learn more.

What is an ACH Template?*
- An ACH template* is a set of instructions that, once created and saved, can be used in the future to send payments of a similar nature.
- You may use ACH templates to set up direct deposit payments to employees, pay vendors and others. You can save and schedule these payments to streamline your bookkeeping.

How do I use the Business Wire feature?*
- The Business Wires* feature allows you to schedule Fedwire-formatted domestic or international wire transfers in just a few steps.
- Create your wire by simply entering required information for your payee, including their name, funding account, payment amount, send date and whether it’s a recurring payment. Once complete, you’ll be able to confirm the information and process the wire.
- The platform also allows you to view wires that are scheduled and history of wires you have sent.
- Please note, if you’ve previously sent business wires with the credit union by calling and working with a team member, these will not populate in the new platform’s history.

What Business Reports are available to me? How do I run them?
- The Business Report tools are available to give you a better picture of your business cashflow.
- The standard report in the feature integrates with your Quickbooks accounting system to help with daily account reconciliation, streamlining some of your bookkeeping.
- Custom report features allow you to look more closely at your ACH details and transaction history.

Some members have reported receiving calls from 315.783.0155 stating they are from Northern and asking them to reset their password. We will never call you to reset your password. If you receive a call like this please hang up and call us directly.
