Sometimes, you just can’t bank during normal relationship center hours or you don’t have time to wait in line or even want to get out of your car (especially during these Northern New York winters!). But you still want great service (or sound advice) from a friendly face. That’s where our Personal Teller service comes in.

Bank with a Personal Teller in a lobby or drive-thru to: Speak to a Northern teller via a two-way video chat (similar to FaceTime or Skype)

  • Handle virtually all your banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and more).
  • Get your banking done fast—skip the line inside the relationship center or traditional drive-thru lane.

We’ve made Personal Tellers even more convenient!

Now, you can choose whether to use the Personal Teller for a face-to-face transaction or for a typical ATM transaction, which means every relationship center with a Personal Teller ALSO has another ATM.

Personal Tellers are available from 7:30am– 6pm Monday – Friday and from 9:00am– 1:00pm on Saturday, after those times they may be used at ATMs only.
