Service Interruption: Digital services will be unavailable during a systems conversion starting Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 4:00pm until Friday, September 1, 2023.

As we bring Northern and Countryside’s systems under one umbrella to better serve our members and communities, there will be planned service outages scheduled for some of our digital services. Our goal is to make the impact minimal.

  • Advanced ATMS:  Advanced ATM features will be unavailable starting at 4:00pm on Thursday, August 31. Teammates will be available via Live Assist for transaction support until 5:00pm.
  • Online and Mobile Banking: Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from August 31, 2023, at 5:00pm until the systems conversion is complete on September 1, 2023, at 1:30am.
  • Bill Pay: Bill Pay and Pay A Person will also be unavailable, to bring Countryside members onto the system, on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 5:00pm until September 1, 2023 at 3:00pm.
  • Scheduled Transfers and Payments: Transfers and payments scheduled in Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Bill Pay, for Thursday, August 31, and Friday, September 1, 2023, will process as normal.
  • Telephone Banking Options: iTalk Telephone Teller and our phone assistant, Sky, will not be able to provide account management or support from Thursday, August 31 at 5:00pm to Friday, September 1, at 1:30am.
  • Phone Assistance with Sky: Sky will be available to provide information and resources on our website to help you with any questions!

During this time, ATMs and debit cards can still be utilized to make withdrawals or deposits at any Northern or surcharge-free ATMs. However, your transaction history will not update until Friday, September 1.

As we continue to welcome our Countryside Credit Union members to the Northern family you might see the Countryside logo in a few new places, including the mobile app icon. This will not result in changes to the products and services you know and love.
