We're Improving Your Banking Experience at our Commerce Branch!


Starting October 21, the right lane in the Commerce Branch drive up will be closed for an estimated six weeks as we install an additional new Drive Thru Personal Teller at this location. The branch lobby, drive up ATM and the Drive Thru Personal Teller in the left lane will remain open and will continue to provide members with full teller transaction capabilities.

The Drive Thru Personal Teller service provides:

  • The warmth of your car while banking
  • Extended hours (open until 6 pm on Fridays)
  • Quicker service compared to waiting in the teller line
How do Personal Tellers work? 

Just touch the screen to get started! A Member Relationship Specialist will appear onscreen in a video conference, much like Skype or FaceTime, and will assist you with your transaction.
What transactions can I do with a Personal Teller?
Most common transactions can be done with a Personal Teller, including:
  • Deposits
  • Cash withdrawals
  • Share-to-share transfers
  • Loan payments
While you still interact face-to-face with a Northern Credit Union team member, our Personal Teller technology allows us to serve you more conveniently.
