Due to the impact of Covid-19, we’ve made the decision to adjust our Saturday hours. Beginning October 2, all relationship center lobbies will be closed on Saturdays except our Commerce Drive location.
The Commerce Drive Relationship Center will be open 9am-12pm on Saturdays.
Live Assist will be available in one drive-thru lane at each relationship center, as well as at our Dexter and Sackets Harbor Advanced ATMs. This will allow you to connect face-to-face with a team member to complete your basic banking transactions.
Team members are also available to assist members by phone, chat and video banking.
