Most Relationship Centers Are Open!

We’re excited to see you face-to-face, whether it’s through Video Banking or in a Relationship Center!

We will reopen all relationship centers at 75% of maximum capacity except Carthage on Monday, February 8, 2021.

As we reopen most relationship centers, we’d like to thank you for your understanding and support over the last year. We continue to make the safety of our member-owners and internal owner-employees our top priority and wanted to share an update on what our next steps are and what they mean for you.

We will reopen all relationship centers at 75% of maximum capacity except Carthage on Monday, February 8, 2021. If the relationship center is at capacity, we’ll reserve your spot in line, invite you to wait in your vehicle, and come out and get you when you can enter the relationship center. Appointments aren’t required but are still encouraged due to capacity limits. In order to maintain social distancing, select services such as account openings and loan applications will be completed via smart office.

Starting Monday, February 8, 2021, our relationship center hours, and maximum capacity limits are as follows:

  • Factory, Gouverneur, LeRay and Lowville
    • Lobby Open: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
    • Drive-thru: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm; Friday, 8:30am-6pm; and Saturday, 9am-1pm.
    • The following number of people (members and internal-owners) will be permitted inside each relationship center at one time.
      • Factory, LeRay and Lowville – 9 people and Gouverneur- 7 people.
  • Adams, Commerce and Croghan
    • Lobby Open: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, Saturday, 9am-12pm.
    • Drive-thru: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm; Friday, 8:30am-6pm; and Saturday, 9am-1pm.
    • The following number of people (members and internal-owners) will be permitted inside each relationship center at one time.
      • Adams – 7 people, Commerce – 11 people and Croghan – 6 people.
  • Massena
    • ​​Lobby Open: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
    • 4 people (members and internal owners) permitted inside at one time.
  • Carthage
    • ​​Lobby: Temporarily Closed.
    • Drive-thru: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm; Friday, 8:30am-6pm; and Saturday, 9am-1pm.
    • The night drop is still available for deposits and is processed Monday and Friday.

Masks are required when entering any relationship center in accordance with NYS law. If you don’t have a mask, a team member will give one to you to use and keep.
– If you’re uncomfortable wearing a mask, we ask that you use a Personal Teller, Video Banking, or other Bank@Home options to complete your transaction. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to protect and respect.

– Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance of each relationship center and next to all lobby Personal Tellers and ATMs for your use before and after each transaction.

– To help maintain appropriate social distancing, we ask that you use the social distancing decals on the floor when waiting in line.
– If the relationship center is at capacity, we’ll reserve your spot in line, invite you to wait in your vehicle, and come out to get you when it’s time for your appointment.

– Wellness is our priority! Before coming to work, team members must report if they or a member of their household isn’t feeling well to discuss whether they should seek advice from a healthcare provider.

– Our cleaning company will disinfect surfaces in each relationship center nightly.
– Team members will wipe down shared surfaces like tablets, keypads, touch screens, desks, and doorknobs frequently throughout the day.
– Inside Personal Tellers and ATMs will be wiped down after each use.
– At this time, refreshment stations at each relationship center will remain closed.
